Stylish shawl? Impossible?

Hi all

Going to an awards ceremony with work in a few weeks and have bought this gorgeous jumpsuit from Mint Velvet but struggling with what to wear with it.

I don't really want a proper coat so was wondering if a shawl would work? But a super stylish one?? Or am I asking the impossible?

I'm late 20s.

I love this! A Louis Vuitton monogram shine shawl would suit that perfectly and is ideal for evening (much nicer IRL than in the picture). I love shawls for evening, particularly in the summer.
