What do you all think of this dress?

I really love it, especially the colour, but the person I was shopping with thought it was frumpy...I wouldn't wear it with flats (I'm on the short side and not overweight but definitely not as slim as the model) and I'd turn the cuffs back on themselves just a little bit. Thoughts?

I like it and I don't think it's frumpy - it's got a classic/modern thing going on. I love the shape and the colour, but polyester strikes again! And being polyester I can see could risk tipping it over into something frumpier IYSWIM –that cut and colour should be in a flowy silk or at least viscose.

But, I can totally it with quirky / fashiony shoes, cool modern bracelet and it would look amazing with red hair and stylish specs!
