So, there has been a wee flash of sunshine and am thinking about wearing shorts/skirts with bare legs.

What are your top tips for getting legs into best condition?

Sally Hansen leg make up! I discovered it last summer. It hides blemishes and gives lovely colour without streaking or being orange.

Fake tan

Gradual tan, easily stopped if it gets a bit much!

Yoga, and lots of walking or cycling. Or, if DH and DD are anything to go by, football and swimming.

Sorry, it’s called Airbrush Legs.

Gym on a regular basis is most important in the long run!

For short term... exfoliate once or twice a week. Moisturise every night before you go to bed and every morning (if you're not in a rush or need to very quickly put on skinny jeans! - coconut oil is the work of Gods!). Always use a sharp razor (if you keep one for too long it will go blunt and you'll not get a good shave). Drink lots of water to keep your skin hydrated. Don't have boiling hot showers as this dries out your skin...

It sounds like a lot, but it really isn't. I made a conscious effort last year to look after my skin. It is the largest organ in your body so worth the time and effort Wink

Enjoy he sunshine!

Thanks for the tips. I do most of those things but not with any regularity. Time to start!

If you don't live in a flat batches of 15 trips up and down stairs is supposed to be really good exercise it will tone your legs and help your cardio vascular system. (I think up and down count as one)
