How long do hair extensions last?

I have a graduated bob that I want to grow out. Only had it a few months but it's just too much effort to keep maintaining! It's starting to grow out now but looks awful, I still can't put it up and I am looking into getting extensions to last at least 6 months to completely grow my hair out again! Just wondering, will they be able to do it on my hair as it's very fine? Like baby hair! How much roughly do you think this will cost?Thank you in advance.

Bumping because I'm interested too 😄

Also can they ever look totally natural when your own hair is much shorter (though I wouldn't want overly long ones)?

I'm getting mine done next week and if you maintain them every 3 months they will last at least a year. Buy the best quality you can afford.

I'm going for Easilocks. It's going to cost me £550 for 18" extensions including fitting and aftercare.
