Good quality basic tops - where from?

I might after some sleeveless tops for summer that I can wear with skirts or jeans. I’m after something which has thicker straps than a vest top but ideally not with a high neck. Something which won’t go baggy after 10 minutes would be nice as I do have a tendency to pull tops down so also not too short.

Any ideas? Staple colours probably navy, grey or red. Nothing too expensive as they might get wrecked over summer with sun cream etc (ever the optimist!)

I've ordered a plain white t-shirt from Uniqlo today. Not bought anything from there before but have read a lot of good stuff about their clothes. They seem to do a lot of different styles of basic vest tops/t-shirts
