Need some advice please. My hair is really starting to frustrate me. My hair is naturally frizzy and as I've gotten older it's become much thinner probably through stress, pregnancies and heat damage. It seems to becoming even more brittle with the hairs at the hairline on my forehead snapping really easily. I know my hair needs moisture so I try and wash it every other day but it becomes really greasy. I've tried the sulphate free shampoo/conditioners but after 4 months it felt like my hair was worse. I've tried using leave in products and just using them on the ends of the hair but the roots are still greasy.
Any suggestions? What am I doing wrong? Help me before I pull out what's left of my hair.

My hair gets super-frizzy in damp or too hot weather (or even on the hot tube!) Believe it or not you need to buy a quite cheap moisturising shampoo & conditioner as all the extra ingredients you get in dearer products (just like you said) make our hair greasy so its greasy-frizzy greasy-frizzy and maybe JUST one hour of a bit of sleekness! NO OIL BASED STUFF! Also, buy a 7 row Denman hairbrush (its a teensy bit curved) and blowdry your hair downwards. DONT USE ANY STYLING PRODUCTS EITHER - THEY CRISP UP OUR TYPE OF HAIR! A hairdresser years ago (thank you SO much Marion!) recommended the Denman brush to me and its the best thing for CONTROLLING THE FRIZZ AS YOU BLOWDRY D O W N W A R D S !
