Nice separates for wedding?

I'm totally hacked off with trying to find a perfect dress for my friends wedding. Nothing looks or fits right and I've had enough! I'm now thinking wide leg dress crepe trousers, maybe in a pale grey and a top of some description. Had anyone seen any trousers/tips that might for the bill?

I'm 47, size 12/14, 5'7" and an pale with shoulder length dar hair. All suggestions most welcome!

Sounds lovely. I wore something similar for a wedding last year,

Sorry, pressed post too soon.
Try Debenhams, they had lots of trousers in that style for various different designers/brands. Lots of variety all in one place.

I'd have a wide strapped camisole and a cream fitted jacket over the top. That would look lovely. Get a cami edged in lace (asos have some) and it'd look suitably wedding guest.

Oooh thanks. I have a voucher for Debenhams so that would be fab. Not sure about a cami (don't like the top of my arms) but a jacket could work...

Try Massimo Dutti. They usually have wide leg trousers and coordinates.
