Zarely – is it a scam?

Has anyone bought anything from Zarely online? It's activewear and balletwear. I bought a pair of leggings about two weeks ago and they said the delivery time was 1–2 weeks but they haven't turned up yet.

I got an email confirming my order but haven't had any updates on whether it's been sent, and on the website the order status is 'unfulfilled', whatever that means. They've taken the money too.

I contacted them yesterday via their online form but not heard back.

Maybe I'm being paranoid, but I'm quite worried.

Is there a phone number?

No. Online form, email address (which I've just written to), Facebook, Twitter etc. Googled and can't find anyone saying they've been scammed. The site looks fairly legit (I know, that might not mean anything).

They're in the US (purportedly), so I hadn't expected to hear back immediately, but did think they'd reply overnight.

US deliveries can take many weeks

I know, but it said 1–2 and, more worryingly, I've had no further emails about the status of my order, which you do normally get.

UPDATE like anyone cares

They got back to me and said my leggings were a pre-order (I didn't realise this) and have been 'manufactured as per my request'. They were meant to contact me to tell me this but have just realised they didn't. They were very apologetic.

I still don't know when I'll get the damn things but they're meant to be finding out for me.
