Please help me complete the look

Morning all, please see attached dress I am wearing for my 40th Birthday I am posting. I am 5ft 9 and am much larger than this model but the dress does look lovely and very flattering! I'm not that comfy in heels- feel silly and unsteady plus I'm a good size 9 if not 10 if the shoes aren't that wide. I was thinking some glitzy dangly earrings but just not sure about shoes. Any suggestions would be welcome.

What about a gold or silver flat sandle? Or a wedge heel - these are more comfy than pumps/stilettos?

I'd say a bright and chunky necklace. Beads not a chain. Just to brighten it up, but maybe not your thing.
