I have a slight overhang from one c-section and have lost weight since but it’s still there. As far as I’m aware the only way to completely get rid of it is a tummy tuck.

Ok...

I also have a c-section overhang so I notice from time to time when people start threads asking if it's possible to get rid of them with diet and exercise alone, so I get where your post is coming from.

I almost got rid of mine, I was very focused on my tummy, then I looked up and my poor face was gaunt. I put a few lbs back on and accepted the fact that my tummy, for the most part is hidden under clothes, my face is not.

I think that you have to look at your body overall. I'll wear a bikini anyway even though I don't have a soft perfect tummy and see if one day I may get round to a tummy tuck.

Well done on your weight loss op but don't forget to find a balance!

I have an overhang after 2 sections. I'm slim, a size 10 and exercise regularly but haven't been able to get rid of mine. It's loose skin, I can't imagine how you would be able to get rid of it completely. It doesn't really show at all under clothes as obviously it's quite low down but I have accepted I will not be wearing a low cut bikini anytime soon (not that I ever did anyway). It doesn't particularly bother me to be honest. Well done on your weight loss.
Maybe it can be toned up a bit with specific exercises but I've not personally tried too hard with that.
