Over the last couple years my skin has got steadily worse, to the point now where I'm constantly embarrassed by it.
My forehead is covered in tiny little bumps with some big red spots too, I get spots on my chin and on my cheeks, all leaving really red marks for months and months after they're gone.
I've been to the doctors and tried a few different antibiotics that seem to work for a while, then the acne just comes back.
I've tried looking at the Caroline Hirrons cheat sheets but I'm just so confused by all the different product names and I don't really know where to start. I use cruelty free products, so I'm not sure if that rules a lot out.
It's the same regarding food too, I read that it could be sugar, dairy or gluten but I just don't know what I should be cutting out or avoiding first.
I'm sorry this is so long and rambling, I'm just so so sick of waking up each morning and dreading looking in the mirror. I have yet another doctors appointment next week but if anyone has any advice on particular products I'd be really grateful.
