Cocosa - anyone used?

Has anyone bought from Cocosa? I want to get a coat from there, but reviews are really mixed, and latest ones awful, don't know whether to risk it...

Yep, used them this month! Ordered a perfume, delivery was as it said on the item, dispatched quickly and packaged well. No issues at all and I've just placed my second order

i've used them and had no issues that haven't been resolved straight away. I had one parcel go missing which was the fault of the delivery company and Cocosa refunded me quickly, once the established that i was never going to get the parcel. Have used them since for a few different orders, the one and only issue being that one item i ordered went out of stock so they emailed me and let me know and refunded me what i had paid no problem

I've used them - bought some Warehouse tips which I kept and some ASICS trainers which I sent back. No issues with either. I think quality etc may depend on the brand you pick.

I don't find Cocosa's customer service very good. Brand Alley is better (though you often have a long wait to get your stuff) – and the wonderful Outnet.

Thanks you, I think I'll give them a go. The coat is coming from America - did any of yours come from abroad? Not sure if that makes a difference?
