Exfoliating dry skin- should I?

Other than quickly using my scrubby gloves in the shower occasionally I have never bothered to exfoliate.
But I’ve been so good with the moisturising lately I thought I’d add a new part to my skin care.

My face drinks face cream. It’s dry but not visibly flaky unless I wear make up. It’s prone to redness but not spotty. Should I exfoliate my face?

Any suggestions please?

😮 please, step away from the scrubby gloves! Might as well get a Brillo pad out.

I’d say try one of the doux pealing type exfoliators (Clarin used to do a good one). Stay away from non-environment friendly creams with little polishing plastic balls in. Bad for you and bad for the Earth. Or, try a liquid type exfoliator....especially for dry skin. You use them like a toner. Easy.

I remember Aapri facial scrub with apricot kernels crushed. That ought to make a comeback instead of micro beads.

Never heard of liquid exfoliating! Is that like a face mask?
