Anyone used Gosh Forever eyeshadow crayon?

DD got me one for Xmas and I love it. Lasts all day and a great shade. The only thing is that it is a bit sticky. Wondering if I put too much on, not enough or whether I need a base/topcoat of powder on. Thoughts?

I've used Silver Rose for years because I love the colour. The texture is my only gripe and I've yet to find a solution for it. If I could find the colour in a more upmarket brand I'd buy it, I think the problem is because it's cheap. Sorry!

I love these too. I use the beige and sometimes the light copper. I've never noticed the texture thing (probably will from now on!) but I've sometimes thought maybe I've put too much on and had to smooth it out a bit with my finger so maybe that's what you mean and so you should try a bit less?

Do you put it past your lid? I put mine nearly up to the brow and blend it a bit. I wonder if touching itself is what makes it appear sticky?

Maybe I'm not applying it properly? I crayon it all over - is that right?

That's what I do too. I love it enough to put up with the stickiness though.
