Lost weight but look no better

I've lost 6 stone low carbing.

I'm about a stone off a healthy bmi.

I'm wearing clothes I previously worse. I've tried new stuff but without a new bra it was pointless.

Went to bravissimo today and despite my boobs being so much smaller than before I am a 32/34 JJ. I thought I'd be a h or something.

I look just as crap as before I lost the weight except now I have loads of loose skin. I still just look like I have a massive pair of tits- that's what catches your eye.

Feel really disappointed by it. I can't wear anything I wanted to because if the fabrics light it shows the loose skin and anyway I'm still this massive pair of boobs on a a 5'5" body so nothing looks nice.

Any advice before I eat my way back to where I started?

I think lots off different issues. You're struggling with your eating which is depressing you, your car got damaged which is depressing, and your struggling with how to dress your new shape.

Yes you need a bra that fits properly. Go get one, maybe try a minimiser. You will look better in thr right size.

Then experiment with clothes, I wear long sleeve t shirts like pp posted, mine are black, navy etc and very flattering. I also wear longer line vests under a v neck sweater, again it's a flattering shape and holds everything in. My jackets are all cropped and fitted. A denim jacket isn't flattering, a biker shape is more flattering,as they often nip in at the waist.

You just need to find something that suits you and learn how to dress your shape. When you do that, then, you will feel more confident, because you will feel good, then the food will come.

But I agree, stop eating crap, it's not doing you any favours and won't solve any problems.
