Curling tong for long thick hair

Any tips on the best curling tong for long, v thick hair? My hair is naturally v thick and can be a bit bushy. It looks good straightened and sometimes ok if I scrunch it when wet with tons of serum on. However I’d really like to create loose curls in the easiest way possible!! Hit me with ur tong recommendations! Thanks! 😍

I just use my straighteners to create curls.

I’ve tried my straighteners but I have the wide ghds and try as I might I can’t do it. So I’ve bn thinking curling tongs would be cheaper than buying more (thin) straighteners... or would cheaper straighteners work ok? Had my ghds 12 yrs so not very ‘up’ on what newer/cheaper ones are like!

How long is your long hair? Shoulder length? Armpit length? Bra strap length? Waist length? Etc.

You get the best loosest bounciest curls from ghd straighteners; just buy a newer one. Tongs work best for thin or fine or broken hair; thick hair grips better in straighteners and you get a lovely sleek effect.

Try a ghd wand, it's really easy and you can get nice results quickly.
