Races outfit - fascinator choice

Hi, I'm going to the races wearing a bright/raspberry pink dress. Black shoes, black bag. Should I choose a black fascinator or a pink one??

I wouldn’t go for a fascinator at all personally, your outfit sounds great without it :)

Get a hat. Fascinatiors can look a bit naff (not all though, if you’re going to get one - go big!)

I haven't got time to match one in pink, if I order online and get it a similar colour to my dress, will it look ok if not exactly the same shade? Thanks
