HELP Hair dye disaster

I have medium/light dyed blonde hair. Put a new colour on it today as the roots needed doing - colour said 'medium ash blonde' and it has gone brown! A dirty, horrible brown

Should I re-dye it using the colour I usually put on it?

It looks beyond foul. Cannot afford a hairdresser option, as beyond broke.

Get a colourB4 or a coulerless colour remover.

You can't lighten a tint using another tint so that won't work. Try colour b4. You'll then need to re-dye it but do a strand test first, the colour b4 will change how your hair takes the colour

Thanks, I'll try the colour before.

Rushing out now before shops shut

What nightmare. Regretting not buying my usual colour.

That colour b4 stuff is going to dry your hair out no end so maybe some kind of conditioning treatment too!
