Blue under eye veins

Hi anyone had laser treatment for prominent under eye veins??? Want to know if it works and how to find a good consultant. Thanks in advance

I was told they can't do it too close to the eyes. This was about 8 years ago though, maybe the tech has moved on now?

I am asing for my son, he is 22 and really wants to get rid of a blue vein under each eye. If not laser any advice for other treatments that would work?
