Three piece suits for women

I'm looking for a bit of a style update and I really love three piece suits on men (think Jane from The Mentalist or Jude Law in the Sherlock movies) but I can't find anywhere to buy women's ones in the same style.

Most 'suit' sections on women's websites are not what I'm looking for, and I can't find anywhere that does three pieces suits you can buy all together.

Any suggestions?

A quick search suggests that there are various made-to-measure options - maybe a bit overbudget though . . . (here and here ) If I still had an office job, I'd be very tempted though :)

I agree a three piece suit is wonderfully stylish. I'm looking for a really good black wool tailored waistcoat to go with some lovely trousers I got 2nd hand off ebay - must have another hunt . . .

I do like the look of those, but couldn't see where to buy them in the article. I'd like somewhere like ASOS or Next to do them

Sadik what did you search for to find that article?

Good question - I think I just did variations on three piece suit women. What size are you / can you sew? The other option would be to start with a man's 3 piece and work from there . . .

Recently bought a lovely waistcoat Fromm Bana Republic, so I assume they do 3 piece suits for women

Banana Republic

I do like the stuff in Banana Republic, though I wish you didn't have to buy everything separately. With men's suits you can buy it all in one; trousers, jackets, shirt, etc...
