Has anyone ordered from them?/ had a subscription?

The premise is interesting but I'm a bit Hmm about the spending limit and a minimum of 3 months membership as I've not heard enough about it.

Is it worth it? Are the products any good? Is it actually value for money?

I have tried it and I can confirm the products are good. The best ones I tried were:

Retinol eye cream
Jeju serum
Great skin foundation (supposedly very like an Armani one)
Matte lipsticks (cowboy nude is great)
One Powder Wonder

It's worth it if you're looking to buy a fair bit of makeup.

ChardonnaysPrettySister · 06/04/2018 20:38

I'm really tempted by the skincare. Colours, not so much.

I had a look at the website and there are some limits on the monthly spending.

Catsandkids78 · 06/04/2018 20:48

Ha wait till they arrive on the thread and try and promote it.

A) How does the buyer know the products actually come from 'high end factories' - you don't
B) Wait till you see the costs with the handling fees added on.... stupid and should be included in the price

Very hit and miss products apparently, wouldn't sign up to buy products I can't sample or test beforehand and ordering makeup from image alone is always hit and miss as colours show up wildly differently.

Add the 3 month membership into the mix... just no

I took out a 3 month subscription, spent a lot of dosh and cancelled. The only products I use from all that I bought are the One Wonder Powder (very good); and a highlighter powered called Soft Soul. I stocked up and then cancelled. I was not overly impressed with the blushes, tinted moisturiser thingy, or the lipsticks, although Cowboy Nude was okay. Not convinced they are that high end.

LadyLapsang · 06/04/2018 23:37

I have a subscription and think most of the products I have used have been very good, Would recommend:
Super Healthy Skin Anti-Aging Moisturiser;
Jeju overnight moisturiser;
Retinol hand cream;
One powder wonder;
Great skin foundation.
I have a few lipsticks and they are OK, but don't feel as special as getting out a Chanel.

Chocolategirl79 · 07/04/2018 11:53

I had a subscription which they cancelled after a year. Spoke to and emailed customer services. Despite proving I had made last monthly payment, I can't access the allowance that was outstanding and they haven't responded to my emails. Wouldn't recommend!

The skincare is AMAZING and I really love the makeup. The foundation gives the best, most natural cover I’ve ever had and the clear undercoat and top coat nail polishes are great.

GaryBarlowsTaxReturn · 07/04/2018 23:06

I was hugely underwhelmed. The fruit enzyme mask is great but the concealer and foundation were awful and I binned them. I also didn't get the hype about the powder.

The eyeshadow sticks in Brazillionaire and Goldie are excellent - easily as good as By Terry and Bobbi Brown. I did find that some of their items are overly scented. I loved the feel and look of the Luxe soft shine lipstick but the overbearingly sweet scent means that I rarely use it. The heavy sell on their social media is irritating.

LadyLapsang · 08/04/2018 11:26

Housewife, thanks for the tip about the eyeshadow sticks. I agree with you about the scent of luxe soft shine lipstick.
