Dress/skirt dungarees

I’ve tried a couple but they feel so unnatural & seem to fight against my curves. Was hoping for them to work out as a really versatile piece (wear with tshirt or vest & trainers in summer and thin turtle neck, tights & boots in winter etc) but no luck so far. Has anyone had more success?

Skirt dungarees are made for people who are slim hipped and big boobed ime (sadly, not me). I’ve gone for a 70s style pinafore dress instead, which is much more accommodating, and I get a lot of comments on it. I got mine from Closet a while back but I’ve seen a few in the shops.

I've got this www.lauraashley.com/uk/dresses/blue-denim-pinny-dress/invt/md005 and it's really versatile and I think looks good. I had to size down as pretty generous sizing.

Pinny dresses look like the way to go & really pretty! Thank you for recommendations Flowers

If you're in the UK, New Look have a lot of pinafore dresses at the moment, in different styles. I bought this black one recently, very comfy and flattering, looks great with a patterned or stripy tee underneath www.newlook.com/uk/womens/clothing/dresses/black-cross-hatch-pinafore-dress/p/571442801?comp=Search
