Overtoned blonde hair

My hairdresser has over toned my highlights and I now have grey hair with bits of pinky purple in. My hair looks like a wig because the colour is so unnatural.
Is there anything I can do at home to sort it out?

If it's a toner it should fade very quickly with washing. Don't be tempted to colour over it as you could easily make it worse. A couple of shampoos with your normal shampoos should make a difference. And plenty of conditioner if washing lots.

Ok that’s reassuring thanks. I wash my hair every day anyway so it should hopefully look better quickly enough.
