Anyone got this....why isn't any product coming out? It's dragging on my eyes cause nothing is coming out!

It's just dragging, nothing to move the ba with surely something should be greasing the wheel

Must be faulty? Have you tried doing it for a few minutes to get it going like you would do with a biro?

I’ve got that, it did that for ages... I couldn’t work out if anything was coming out or not, then one day it definitely did.

I got one in a glossy box and I love it now. Took ages to get going though (once it has, it works fine always, just the first time you have to scribble with it for a while)

Squeeze it. They're a pain. I got it in Birchbox.

So yes from a box, have tried it on my hand but just wanted to know if I was missing something. Will persevere then, thx all!

Mines the same, hence I never use it!

Give it a squeeze before you start rolling then keep light pressure as your rolling. I could never figure out how much pressure to get some product without ending up with far too much so gave up

Too much won't bother me could use my finger
