Eyeliner flicks

Are eyeliner flicks a bit dated now? I've been re-watching "Orange is the New Black", and am loving all the eye liner flicks. Really want to start doing them again, but don't want to look 5 years too late.

I've never looked at anyone with eyeliner flicks and thought "they're 5 years too late".

If you like them and want them, just have them! It's your life. Fashion is circular anyway, what goes around comes around and it really doesn't matter.

My dsds are still doing them. Age 22 and 18. 18 yo is heavily into make up and contouring and Instagramming it all. Older one is at uni so tends to do it more for special occasions. Both are quite up to date, fashion-wise, I would say.

I love doing them too, wore them in my 6th form years and have been embracing the return of a lot of 90s stuff lately!

Can't do flicks to save my life (hooded eyes) but I'm watching OitNB too! Loving it. (Alex has hooded eyes and she can't get her flicks right either.)

I wore flicks in the 80s and my mum did in the 60s so I guess if you're five years too late then you don't have too long to wait before it comes around again. But really, I see loads of people wearing it so I wouldn't worry.
