Are shrugs in fashion?

I am haveing a spring clear out, and i have a few shrugs or cropped cardigans, are they still in fashion? or should i let them go?.

Not even slightly so if you're not going to wear them, pass them on.

Might be a good time to eBay them since wedding season fast approaches.
