Lost Buttons Christian Lacroix Jacket

I have a military style CL jacket which I love (from a chazzer shop) I lost two buttons and cannot find any way to get proper replacements (I've tried emailing CL Paris no reply). I figure I'll have replace the lot, 16 buttons in all. But with what?

The originals are in the pic. I don't want fleur de Lys or anything proper military, they need to be shiny and metallic but I'm stumped to find the right replacements.

The originals are about 12mm.

I remember seeing this button shop in York, perhaps if you send them a photo, they could help you find replacements?
