Shapewear, what i want doesn't exist

I need shorts that will reach up to a (strapless) bra that have an opening gusset. It must be made of concrete or similar and not roll down.

Anyone?

Why does it need an open gusset?

I have Spanx that fit the rest on your requirements, but I am 5”2

Watching with interest as I have Spanx which hit my bra line BUT roll down like fuckery!

Theres definately Spanx now which clip on to your bra so they can't roll down. Theyre expensive though. I have the Higher Power knickers and to be fair they dont really roll down on me. Maybe an inch but thats it.

I have Spanx Higher Power and they don’t roll down. I have the shorts version and the knickers one for under dresses.

Slip but wear your own bra. Straps keep it from rolling down. Love it.

I have the Gok slip which you wear with your own bra but can't wear that as I'm wearing a strapless bra. Similarly I don't trust the ones you attach to your bra not to drag it down.

If you find a pier you like though can you not just cut a hole in the gusset.

I needed the same thing a few years ago OP. I bought a pair of long leg high rise spanx and sewed largish poppers to the back and front of the strapless bra and the top of the spanx and poppered them together. Cut a split in the shorts for using the loo.

Can't remember exactly how i got into the ensemble, (i remember a lot of wriggling in the hotel bathroom) but once in i looked fantastic in the dress (ed jessica rabbit'ish number) and there was no roll down/drag down. Best of luck!

Yes higher waist power pants. I've worn them for years (with a wash in between!) I've never had a problem with them rolling down. It's a bit tricky to wee through the gap though especially after a couple of glasses of wine.
