Clinique moisture surge extended thirst relief - being discontinued?

I am having a minor panic.

You know when you find the facial skincare products that really work for you, and you can rest assured knowing you don't have to spend £££ trying out new ones? Well..

The only place I can find Clinique's moisture surge extended thirst relief moisturiser (not the newer gel one) is Clinique's own website. It's not being sold at Boots or Debenhams anymore (which is where I usually buy it), along with a few other main retaillers. Clinique label it as a "bestseller", but why isn't it being sold elsewhere? The gel version doesn't agree with my sensitive skin.

It's really hard to find a non-greasy moisturiser that also suits sensitive skin. Does anyone know if it's being discontinued?

Thanks.

This formula has been discontinued, the updated version is called auto-replenish 72 hour or something along those lines. It feels the same to me but I’ve not tried properly on my skin yet. They should have some sachets if you ask at counter to try the updated version first before you buy.

Should say the 72 hour one is the updated version of extended thirst relief. The intense and the concentrate are totally different to extended thirst relief

😭😭😭
Nooooo!

Thanks for the info though. I will try a sachet and hope it agrees with me. As long as it's not gel based I should be ok.

Have you ever felt you should have order like around 5 the last time you bought some. I've been just raving about this stuff since it's awesome for my face after i shave. Seriously, how often does your wife snatch your moisturizer to use... tell me that's not a switch! Hit Sephora and it's gone... smh.. Clinique, really? You threw away one of your most popular products for an updated version? Ok, want me to try something different... I've got points to spend and will check out Dior's Hydra Life Fresh Hydration Sorbet Crème. A bit more expensive... but I'm really not happy with my inability to get what I like and worse the fact I now consider your company unreliable. I'm so disappointed that everyone will not be able to find the product I kept recommending. Thanks (not) for that soon to be embarrassing attempt to explain its disappearance.

It’s still in duty free and at a great price!

I would try this, i have this atm and think it is somewhat of a dupe: www.superdrug.com/Save-up-to-1-2-price-across-Skincare/Superdrug-Vitamin-E-Leave-On-Mask-100ml/p/297404

I just leave it on overnight

And it’s 2.99 and cruelty free it’s great. Son’t be put off by the fact that it says it’s a gel, it has a wobbly jelly consistency but it’s more creamy and opaque and moisturisery
