The ordinary : I'm utterly baffled

Hi all, I'm after advice as to which Ordinary products might suit me - I have read the suggested regimens, but they seem to only cater for one problem so I'm still not really any the wiser as to what may suit.

I'm 45. I have combination skin with a tendency to spots on my chin, although the oiliness and spots have improved loads since I started to actually take care of my skin (just normal cleanser/toner/moisturiser). I have large pores and an uneven skin tone on my chin.

I also have signs of ageing - I've had horizontal lines on my forehead for as long as I can remember and am now getting crows feet and lines at the edges of my mouth when I smile.

I also have areas of hyperpigmentation - probably because I'm not very good at using sunscreen. I have a few milia and puffy, dark circles under my eyes.

I have emailed them, but I won't hear anything until well after the Easter bank holiday weekend. Also, as they don't do cleanser, do you just use any cleanser that suits your skin? And do you use toner as well, or do the products do the job of toner?

Sorry for all the questions. Any help gratefully received. Thanks

I use the glycolic toner in the mornings after cleansing, then follow with the hyaluronic acid and my usual clarins moisturiser.
Then in the evening I use Buffet after cleansing followed by 2% retinol in squalane before my normal moisturiser. I occasionally use the 5% retinol in place of the 2%.
The retinol might improve your lines and skin texture and is worth a go. The 2% does not cause me any irritation at all. I have heard the caffeine eye serum is also good for eye puffiness but I've never tried it.

It is baffling. I had to go on two iPads at once when I did my first order so I could read about the individual items on one and put them in my basket with the other. Grin

Buffett is a good one to start off with as it's an all rounder.

I use Buffett in the morning then moisturiser.
