Quilted ballerinas

I've been on the hunt for a pair of quilted ballerinas for ages now and still can't find any. Are they considered a bit passé now?! Can anyone tell me where I can get some please? Preferably leather ..

I got some nice ones for my DD in Sainsbury's Tu 25% off sale last week. If you have small feet, you might get some lovely, supportive ones with a decent sole for £13.50!
