I need new jeans. Help!

I am struggling to find some well fitting jeans. Any recommendations as where to look?
I’m a size 8-10 with a sizeable rear and slim waist (but some remaining love handles from having children). The last pair I bought fit ok when standing up, however, when I bend down I expose too much flesh!
Budget is not huge but would pay more for a good fit

I am a 6/8 now granted I am a stick insect in shape (cancer diet) but their April super skinny jeans are great vlaue and wear well.

I am a stage in my life where I could pay top dollar for jeans and yet I keep coming back to Matalan.

I bought some super high waisted skinnies from primark a while back that are very comfortable and keep love handles in check.

I'm a big fan of Topshop's Joni jeans-skinny, high waistes and very comfy.

Try Fat Face 5 pocket skinnies. I get so many compliments when I wear them. They come in various shades but the indigo ones are nicest. They come up big so buy a size down. Wash well.

Never thought I’d say this, but I got a great pair in M &S yesterday. They were in the sale and oddly were billed as low waist when they were anything but ( the waistband was virtually up to my belly button) . However they were well cut and flattering. Worth checking out their current denim range, they seem to maybe be copying Uniqlo with a range of styles, denim weights and colour. V reasonably priced.

Uniclo high waisted. £34 and amazing! They do come up a little big tho so go an inch or 2 down (I enjoy they fact I’m a 28 incher in their jeans rather than 30 in Levi’s

I’ve Gap, fat face, Sainsbury’s, joules and new look jeans. New Look fit best, wash well and don’t shrink 😊

DP Eden jeggings or Bailey skinny jeans fit me really well. And randomly, Primark jeans fit great, but they're not the best quality.

Next lift slim and shape skinny jeans.
I think they come up a little big, get the petite ones if your under 5'3".
I buy a pair every year and they tend to last well, wash well and are really comfy. They're about £45 I think.

@whataboutbob can you link to the ones you bought? Were they a Roma waist? I'm trying to find high waisted ones...

M&S collection low rise slim jeans in grey. Can’t seem to link but it’s on their website.
They are in the sale so not many left. You can check the website to find a store that still has them. However if there are none near you, I would imagine they will have something similar in their new range. I think it’s a matter of trying a few on.

Top shop Jamie jeans are high waisted and comfy too.

Weird question for owners of Next lift shape slim jeans...when I wash mine they get that pissy foisy smell after drying. I wash at 30 with fairy non bio and fabric softener. Then dry on radiator. Always smell, other jeans are fine. It's a shame cos I like the fit.

Anyone else found this??
