Dark spots on face - Melasma?

I have 2 or 3 small (5p size) dark spots on my face, I wear Estée Lauder double wear light on my face but these still show, does anyone have these and how do you conceal them??

Does it have a perfume in it? Sun and perfume can cause melasma
