Can my hair be saved?!

Its been 3 years since I had my DS and my hair is awful - I hate washing it as it just comes out in clumps! My hair has always been pretty bad, always a lot more fall out that 'usual' according to my hair dresser but I did find a shampoo that helped, before DS, now if anything makes my hair fall out even more.I haven't dyed my hair in about 2 years for this reason and it's just getting my down now. I used to love my hair and would take time to make an effort with it but now it just gets shoved up in a bun because no matter what I do its like its just dead. I miss having nice hair! I feel like I'll be bald soon if it carries on at this rate and I'm only 24! Does anyone have any tips or tricks or product recommendations to help prevent my hair falling out so much and give it a much needed boost?

take biotin and silica and use olaplaex to strengthen it.

Have you had your iron and thyroid checked? It's definitely worth mentioning to a gp.

I wouldn't let it out you off dyeing it especially if it is falling out as opposed to snapping off. Even if it is snapping off salons have treatments now that can help with that during the dyeing process.

Did your hairdresser have any advice? What kind of colour are you at the moment and what would you like to be?

Iron and silica supplements.
