Please help me with my hair!! Want a new style

I have wavy frizzy hair - it doesn't sit nice naturally (see first pic!!) so I usually put it up in a bun or i plait it, or I'll straighten it if I have time.

The second pic is it straightened (this was after a Keratin treatment so as good as it gets).

It's medium/long, I do like having it long but the ends are so dry and split I'm going to have to get a few inches off I think

I would really like something different but still need to be able to put it up.

Any suggestions?

Have tried short styles several times but I think they really age me (I'm 30 if that helps!!)

A couple of inches off would be flattering - collar bone length.

No advice but my hair is almost identical (but greyer!) and I'd like a change too. My hair naturally falls into a side part which I think is a bit ageing.

Why don't you try curly girl method to see if you can bring out your curls x
