Help me find a website which was recommended on here a few months ago....

.... based on a rubbish and vague description.

A few months ago there was a thread where someone was asking for recommendations for some websites selling original (as in different to everything else) clothes. Someone posted a site which sold some beautiful vintage style dresses, along with some lovely silk kimono jackets. I was sure I bookmarked it, but now I can't find it. The dresses were more 20's to 40's style silk dresses than fifties vintage dresses. There might also have been some lovely printed scarves.
I'm worried I either imagined it, or have conflated two different sites, but I'm really annoyed at my bookmark fail, as I really really loved the silk jackets and wanted to request one for a significant birthday. Does anyone remember, or know what I'm talking about?

I had clearly conflated it with another site selling dresses though. They were beautiful, but nothing I would have any occasion to wear, so it was really the jackets and gowns I was interested in.

Yes, it is beautiful. I will say it is flimsier than I was expecting but it is scarf material so i am not sure why I thought it would be thicker. I am a size 12 - they are one size to fit 8-18 and it is a bit bigger than I would prefer. But the print is so beautiful and unusual. Unusually my DH said he thought it was lovely and I should keep it. Unusually because he never really comments on what I wear! Just had a look on their website. I think the design I bought has gone but they have brought out some lovely new designs.

Pretty Eccentric is the dress site! Unfortunately, unless my friends start divorcing and remarrying I have virtually no need for any of those dresses...
Interesting about the jacket. I'm now wondering if one of the full length robes would be nice for swanning about the house and feeling sophisticated, or whether I would just never wear it. Hmm. Your jacket looks beautiful timefortea.

I like the idea of the robe too. However the reality is it would be hanging on a hook somewhere whilst I stick on a pair of baggy bottoms and an old jumper!

Were you thinking of Shibumi Style? I saw it a while back on here, and have been unable to forget their robes...
