Hi, I'm 29, almost a Mum to two, I look pretty tired most of the time but don't do anything to help. I go completely without makeup each day unless going out for dinner/drinks with DH or friends, weddings/parties etc.

I'm trying my best to feel a bit better about how I look each day and make a bit more effort. So I've decided that I need to use a bit of makeup each day. I really cannot be bothered with anything that takes more than 5-10 minutes on a morning and requires any touching up in the day. I don't want to look made up, just things that enhance certain things and perfect them a bit. I'm fortunate to have good skin and dark features.

I have just invested in Wunderbrow (OMG it's amazing) and that's working wonders. Please oh glamorous MNers, won't you share your low maintenance beauty tricks with me? What else do I need?

Watching this thread!

My contribution would be the maybelline colour tattoo creme eye shadow in bronze. It’s a very wearable colour, can be swiped on with a brush or finger, and lasts all day. Add mascara and eyes are done in 1 minute.

Ooh that sounds interesting thank you!

How easy is the wunder brow to apply? I'm considering this as I'm coming to the end of my benefit kabrow.

It's ridiculously easy. I bought it directly from Wunder2 because they give away the brow brush free. There's a sort of strange brush in the product but it would be awful to use. A brow brush is essential.

I wear winged eyeliner every day and find it a really easy way to look "done". Not for everyone obviously but it's quick and easy. Mac lipsticks are long lasting and have a wide range of colours so you can go subtle or bold and not worry about reapplying.
I'm also quite a fan of benefit blushers- depending on your skin tone there is one for everyone and it's a good pick me up.

Eyelash curlers. If I do nothing else, apply no make-up at all, I always notice a difference if I curl my eyelashes.

In my most recent attempt this week I have:

Used my eyelash curler, applied wunderbrow and mascara.

I think winged eyeliner is too much for my every day (although I'm a big fan for the times I properly use makeup).

So best lip recommendations? Nice neutral shades I think... I'm not much of a lip person even with lots on!

Is recommend By Terry ombré black star every day of the week. It's pricey but amazing. For lip products that are easy and quite natural I like the Rosie for Autograph (m&s) Lip Glossy, it's like a chunky lip stick in pencil form and is a great product and gorgeous packaging too.
