Dh is a tradesman. He has been invited to speak at a commission thingy in Westminster soon on behalf of his industry. Dress code is business attire which for him means work trousers, polo shirt and boots so we need to go shopping.

Where shall we start? Budget not huge as it will only do this plus funerals and weddings for the rest of his life, willing to splash a maybe two to three hundred maximum. He's a beanpole so suggestions for better makes for his shape would be appreciated if anyone has any ideas.

Tm Lewis has a sale in now and they suits are nicely cut.

Next do a made to measure suit service. You have to take the measurements at home but there are loads of instructions on their website about how and where to measure before you order.

I bought my son's prom suit from there last year. They had lots of different styles to choose from and Next were really good about taking a return when we realised the jacket sleeves were a bit short.

It came in at around £150.

Both of those are useful thanks. We have a TM Lewin close by so maybe I can send him in after work one day next week. I'll look at the Next suits too.

TM Lewins definitely worth a shot. John Lewis Kin brand would be in your budget too.
