Teva sandal owners - please answer my daft questions!

I ordered a pair of Teva sandals (these ones) and received them today. I like the squishy sole and the colour, but I'm a bit unsure about the fabric straps. My feet are very awkward and I generally dislike being aware of what I'm wearing so my questions are:

1. Does the fabric give?
2. Do the plastic triangles the straps go through irritate your feet?

Any general advice gratefully received! Thank you!!

I LOVE my teva sandals! I don’t think the fabric gives much, but they do sort of ‘settle in’ with wear and the Velcro relaxes a bit. I’ve never found the plastic triangles annoying, but everybody’s feet are different.
