Short Ass Needs A Dress!

I need to find a navy blue floor length dress in a petite size 10/12. I need help, I can't find any I like!

I'm not a frills kind of person and need something to hide the belly!

That Monsoon dress is lovely but honestly: Model wears UK 8/UK S... Model height is 175 cm/5’9 How is that in any way useful to determine if the dress will fit? Size 8 is the smallest short size so there is no way any of us will look like the model in the outfit.

Have a look at Issa at house of Fraser and Adrianna pappell. Very flattering dresses.

ASOS petite, it's blue but not navy unfortunately... How strict are your requirements?

A couple of navy ones on the John Lewis website, if they don't have it online in your size, customer service can check store stock levels for you.

I bought this navy dress (for full price weeps ) for my work Christmas do. The dress is gorgeous but at 5'2" I spent a small fortune getting it altered, both the hem (I wore flats with it but even with heels a shorty will need the hem taking up, it was about 5-6" too long) and it needed lifting at the shoulders. At least it's a classic enough shape for me to wear again.

I also tried on this Ted Baker dress which needs no alteration for a shorty but is very expensive.
