I have taken a day off work to have a Zara return collected.
Checked with them this morning that it had been booked.
started to doubt as time went on; called local depot of courier company...no booking, no record of it.
Called Zara who were unhelpful to the point of farce.
when I asked if I could just post it to them, told ‘if I did not follow correct procedure’ that I would not receive a efund!
Correct procedure!
Refused my request to speak to a manager or supervisor.
Never experienced such appalling customer service.......anyone else had this?
