I love them but they're pricey. Anything similar on the market?

I'm looking for a Sturdy spring/autumn boot. Eg in between converse and winter boots!

What do you think to these boots?

Lots of supermarkets sell boots the same as this, but they might not be ‘sturdy’!

LynetteScavo · 20/03/2018 19:07

They are classic and will probably last for years. You could buy a supermarket pair every year for 10 years, or buy these.

I like the style, but have never bought this brand so have no idea how comfy they are.

Like them.

I have long Dubarry boots which I have lived and died in so to speak. They are now 12 yrs old, still clean up really well despite being worn in mud/ water/ horse muck etc time and time again.

LynetteScavo · 20/03/2018 19:11

I actually really like them in mahogany and cigar...I think I am falling in love with them.

OP, your feet need these boots.

Matilda1981 · 20/03/2018 19:18

Dubarry boots will last forever - as someone else said you could buy a cheap pair from the supermarket every year or buy these. Our local Dubarry stockists have a Dubarry event where they clean and wax your boots for free!

HildaZelda · 20/03/2018 19:33

I like them. I'd say go for it.

Jon66 · 20/03/2018 19:35

I've got some dubarry and they look better the older they get!

Silvertap · 20/03/2018 20:11

A lot of you are saying what I was thinking!!

I have the dubarry boots that have lasted me a good 6 years tramping over fields. I was hoping these would be similar!
