Yuko straightening..

I have thick curly (frizzy) hair and I'm desperate to improve its condition. I was looking into keratin treatment but I'm put off by the formaldehyde. So I'm wondering if anyone has had Yuko straightening and if it was a good or bad experience?
TIA

It's illegal now for keratin treatments to have formaldehyde anymore Smile

I had yuko on my very curly hair years ago. It took all day to do it and stunk every time I washed it. Yes it was silky and straight but lifeless limp straight. Like greasy hippy straight. Oh and the joy of curly roots regrowing was something else. I'd advise against it and say focus on getting a fab cut and getting the condition glossy.

Also have a look at the curly girl method. Proved utterly life-changing for my curly hair.

Thank you for your reply. I will definitely look into the curly girl method. Smile
