Looking for a light coverage product for daily use as I find even my light coverage foundations too much . Is the LM tinted moisturiser worth the hype ? I have combination skin with some redness. Would you recommend this ?

LM for me was useless.
No coverage at all it just felt like a moisturiser and I wasn’t even looking for much coverage

I ended up buying it as had 15% off
What attracted me was the absolute minimal coverage because this is what I prefer despite my redness/ pinkness . I've invested too much In light coverage and B.B. creams that are still too high coverage for me. I just don't feel that I suit full coverage anymore!
So far am happy with it.

Love it!
Especially the illuminating one. Mind you I don’t like full coverage foundations and prefer a more natural look.
Find it lasts all day and just makes my usual skin look better.
When I visit the UK every hear it is the first thing I buy.

The LM ordinary tinted moisturiser is SO hard to blend. Get a sample of the Oil Free (whilst you’re checking out Nars!)

I like LM and nars but for me bare minerals complexion rescue is by far the best.

Agree with bare minerals complexion rescue.

Can I ask, what do people use to apply it? A brush, a sponge, your fingers?

NinjagoNinja · 24/03/2018 13:04

Fingers here.

Chantecaille Just Skin Tinted Moisturiser is by the best one that I have tried by a long way. It makes my skin look wonderful and I get lots of complements on my skin rather than my make-up. It is expensive but worth it and I couldn't use anything else now. My skin is very sensitive but it never causes irritation, it improves the condition of my skin if anything. I buy it from Space NK and they will give you or send you a little in a pot to try first. Alabaster is the lightest shade

A slightly damp Real Techniques Beauty Blender. I find it impossible to get decent, well-blended coverage with fingers.

A damp beauty blender gives me a really dewy, even coverage that lasts for ages.

I finish it off with a quick dust of Hourglass Ambient Light powder in Ethereal and I end up with a lovely glow that isn't shiny.
