Is there such a thing as a dressy flat shoe?

I've got a ball to go to. Am wearing a cocktail dress so nowhere to hide with the shoes. I can't wear heels at all due to a foot injury. I've found this ballet shoe in the colour of my dress (not on the website for some reason, found it in store) but I'd prefer something a bit more dressy, glamorous, I don't know, something more suitable to wear to a ball! I don't have a big budget and likely won't wear them often. Any ideas?

A nude flat with a matching bag might be nice. Maybe with a bit of sparkle, boho.com has a nice selection. I can't wear heals either my knees are misaligned so I end up in agony after 20mins So I always go for flats,

Have you considered shoe slides? You can get very pretty sparkly ones that jazz up a pair of shoes that you could then get more wear out of after the do.
