Opinions on this dress please

Posted as part of a diffrrent thread aswell but posting here for traffic.

What do you think of this dress on me? If you dont like it, what sort of style would you suggest?

The one outy posted is from dig for victory. An online boutique with a shop in Brighton. They'll do made to measure in any colour/fabric you want. Around £130 for that dress.

They made my wedding dress and I was very pleased!

Also check out lindy bop and chichi if you like the style.

If you do come to Brighton also pop in to Pretty Eccentric in the Lanes. They have some lovely dresses.

I like the dress but not for your own wedding. If you like the one outy posted above (which I agree is best for your body shape), try from eshakti
They make to measure and pretty cheap. Tons of styles but I'm getting one similar to the one above.

You have gorgeous legs. I'd be inclined to go slightly shorter.

Outy and GaspOde's dresses are stunning and would suit you much better and I think you'd feel amazing in them/that style

The red one is nice, and suits you. You have a nice figure and good arms and legs. It's a nice colour.

Thank you all so much. The red one posted on thw first page is more or less what i want. Though not sure about sleeves. I think it would draw attention to my huge shoulders.

I like thw idea of a cuatom made one but it also scares me because i couldnt try it on first.
Going to have a google in thw morning of dress makers to see if there is anyone local. Im in the east midlands.

You've got a great figure. The red dress is nice but doesn't accentuate your waist or bust. I don't think your shoulders are big!

I think the first dress is fabulous on you. It just needs a wee nip and tuck at the dressmakers to make sure it fits perfectly to show off that great figure. Go for it. You're saying its the one you would prefer so listen to yourself rather than us strangers on mn lol.

have a look at Vivienne of Hollywood or deadlyfemale - You'll see some "swing" type dresses but also some more figure hugging ones that will define your figure better than dress 1 I think.. good luck!!

Thank you everyone. I guesa the search continues. Will take the weekend off. Starting to get sick of looking at dresses. Have ordered 5 which will be delivered tomorrow.
