How often do you change your hair colour?

I had highlighted blonde hair for about ten years, but stopped dying it when pregnant with DD1, and for the first time it was thick and long and lovely. It’s naturally light brown. I’ve never really liked my natural colour as I have fair skin and very fair invisible eyebrows so feel the blonde suited me better.

Not long after DD was born I got bored and had it highlighted again and low and behold after 6 months or so it was damaged and thinning, I even had to cut it shoulder length as the damage was bad (less budget now not working with DD at home!).

Soooo now I’m pregnant again and it’s grown out about 5/6 inches so covered the grown out bleach with a home dye to match my roots and again it’s thick and shiny BUT I just can’t get used to my natural colour!!!

I’m stuck between longing for thick long hair which I have with my natural colour but deep down I really don’t like it.

What colour is your hair? Do you often get bored and change?

I get it high lifted from a level 7 blonde ( basically brown) which means no bleach - try it.
