heat protector for blow drying

Can anyone recommend a good heat protector creme/ spray thingy for frizzy hair for blow drying? Ideally not too expensive. My hairdresser uses a nice one but it's over £20 a pop and I was hoping I might find something a little less expensive as I have long thick hair so need to use a reasonable amount. TIA x

Toni and Guy used to do one in a red and white can (like a spray paint can) that was great. I don't know if they still make it.

The Lee Stafford one is very effective. About 6 or 7 pounds in Boots and you don't need to use much.

I use this and love it:

I’ve never been able to find a good one and my hairdresser said the same!

I like the Joico one in an orange pump. They do a spray version too but the cream/serum pump is better, imo.
