Plus size holiday clothes

Hi
I'm not normally a holiday person (never been able to afford them really) but I have a week in North Ibiza booked and no idea what to wear. I'm short and round, looking for things that will flatter without covering every bit of me in baggy linen. My normal style is jeans and tshirt, I'm heavy chested so dont really wear blouses as they pull tight.
Please could I have suggestions on styles and where to shop. Thanks in advance

Have you tried Asos Curve or boohoo plus size range?

I'm a short size 18 and I bought some of this style dress for summer. Very comfortable.

next
this is very summery

Jersey maxi dresses in a plain colour can be very flattering too.

this one is black which might not be ideal for holidays but it's the kind I like

I'm short and round too. When you say plus size, what size do you mean?

I like Fat Face's Bermuda shorts (no chub rub then), with linen or cotton t shirts, preferably with a deep scoop or v neck and little sleeves. Got a lovely one from Monsoon recently but it isn't on their website. Can you spare a day to go to the shops and try loads on?

Thanks all

I hadn't thought of dresses, my stomach isn't in the best condition post children.

I vary in sizes, 18-20 in next jeans. I don't wear fitted tops and to cover my front I often buy size 24 in tops

I find boohoo plus very wildly in size. A few weeks ago I bought a skirt and two tops, the skirt was a 26 and no where near fitting (it was 6-12in smaller on the hips than a size 18 fitted style new look skirt) one top was ok and one ridiculously big, but both the same size

OP, which bits of you do you like or want to hide?

RockingMyFiftiesNot · 11/03/2018 20:55

I like Bon Marche’s crop trousers, I find them very comfy and forgiving, as are the shorts. www.bonmarche.co.uk/womens/clothing/trousers-and-shorts/crop-trousers/

I tool Next linen shift dresses in 3 colours and rotated them... they're Fab!!

ferociousindependentandsquishy · 11/03/2018 21:04

Rookangaroo I like my chest and hate my stomach, its not a nice curved shape like lots of plus sized ladies, it just hangs there.
Before the children I had chunky thighs, flat stomach and heavy chest, I'm just big all over now.
