What to wear underneath...

Tinted moisturiser, BB cream?

I have a few samples to try having been let loose in John Lewis for half an hour whilst waiting for my friend to arrive; she was stuck in traffic. Laura Mercier Oil Free TM, Bobbi Brown BB and Tinted Moisturiser. Thing is, I’ve found none of them to apply well, on their own. The B.B. cream especially, kind of drags when going in (and even the Light shade is quite yellow 😐). Clinique one went straight in the bin...it was like orange scutch.

I wanted something with spf that’d just go on as a “one product only required” which is what BB’s claim to be. Anyone have a suggestion of a product that really does “do it all” on its own?

Slutch. Not scutch.

I’ve never tried a BB cream but I have recently bought the Bobbi Brown tinted moisturiser & love it. Especially with the B.B. Vitamin enriched facebase underneath. I use the B.B. foundation stick for a bit of extra cover to blemishes/redness

I always wear tinted moisturiser over my normal serum and moisturiser but I have dry skin.

Try the one from Kiehl's, I love it and use it as a base or just as it is for work. Goes on really nice, has high SPF.

Thanks for the suggestions. Will have a read about them. Have had the LM one on today and on second thoughts, it’s worn wellonce I’d applied and let it settle.
